Hey ya'll it's me again. Here's another healing story for you.
This man had been in a car wreck in high school and had several surgeries where rods and screws had been put in his leg and hip to mend his injuries. His damaged leg didn't grow so much after that but his healthy leg did keep growing. Later in life he began having a lot of pain in his damaged leg and he had developed a limp. As years went by he couldn't walk straight. He limped. He walked in pain. He would go far a short walk and almost not make it back to the house. One day as he was trying to go for a walk, he got angry. He grabbed his damaged leg and said to that leg "Be healed in the name of Jesus." Nothing happened. The man was taken back a little bit. He grew even angrier. He grabbed that leg again and screamed at that leg with force and faith. "I said be healed in the name of Jesus!" Instantly the man's leg grew out completely the same as the other one. The man straightened up and walked on home thanking GOD for healing his leg.
Act 3:11 And as the lame man which was healed held Peter and John, all the people ran together unto them in the porch that is called Solomon's, greatly wondering.
Act 3:12 And when Peter saw it, he answered unto the people, Ye men of Israel, why marvel ye at this? or why look ye so earnestly on us, as though by our own power or holiness we had made this man to walk?
Act 3:13 The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Son Jesus; whom ye delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let him go.
Act 3:14 But ye denied the Holy One and the Just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you;
Act 3:15 And killed the Prince of life, whom God hath raised from the dead; whereof we are witnesses.
Act 3:16 And his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.
I know this man as well. He had spent a few years studying the bible, learning truth, and growing his faith. AND it paid off for him. It doesn't matter what physical sickness or disease you may have (almost), it can be healed! Notice I said almost. You do have that one scripture in the Bible.
1Jn 5:16 If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it.
Now here is where I have a problem with the false prophets calling sick people out and pushing them down. What if that person has committed the sin unto death? Why are they praying for them?
Luk 4:4 And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.
GODS WORD IS THE TRUTH! If the Bible says “do that and you will become sick” and “do that and you will be healed” then why aren't people living by those words to live in freedom of sickness? Until next time.
